Tea is a super healthy beverage that can give you health benefits not only for the moment only in old age but up to you. A study reported by dailymail.co.uk find the latest benefits of drinking tea is able to prevent the risk of osteoporosis in old age, especially for women.

This study is based on research conducted by a team of health in China. They found that women who often drink 2-3 cups of tea a day had 37% less likely to experience bone fragility.

"Tea is rich in natural substances called flavonoids. Substance is able to accelerate the growth of new bone and slows bone erosion simultaneously. Besides fluoride, calcium, and other minerals in bones proved to be good for your bone health," said Dr Tim Bond from the Tea Advisory Panel.

"We also found that the beer was also able to maintain the health of your bones. Because the high level of silicon in beer can slow bone thinning."
